Patricia A. Alacorn
Customer Relations Manager
Patricia A. Alarcon has supported Data Breach Response Services since 2010. As Data Breach Response Customer Relations Coordinator, Patricia is responsible for onboarding, training, and maintaining our fully bilingual Customer Service team that includes our in-house, remote, and contingency workforce. Patricia started collaborating with our Client Relations Department where she was overseeing expansion and training of the Bilingual Customer Service Team.
Previous experiences were with BASF Corp., as a Senior Export Customer Coordinator where Patricia processed, tracked, and monitored order deliveries for company's affiliates in Central and South America, Asia, and Europe. She supervised Import and Export orders for Affiliates in Puerto Rico.
